How it works
The working principle of electromagnetic vibrating feeder is based on the theory of electromagnetic induction and mechanical vibration.
The electromagnetic exciter consists of an iron core, a coil and an armature. When an alternating current is passed through the coil, an alternating electromagnetic force is generated between the iron core and the armature. Since the magnitude and direction of the electromagnetic force change with the change of the current, the armature vibrates periodically. The armature is connected to the feed trough, thereby driving the feed trough to vibrate together. When the feed trough vibrates, the material in the trough is thrown and slid slightly under the action of inertia and gravity, thereby realizing the forward movement of the material and achieving the purpose of feeding. By adjusting the magnitude and frequency of the input current, the magnitude of the electromagnetic force and the vibration frequency can be changed, thereby controlling the vibration amplitude and feeding speed of the feed trough.
