Single Cone Double Screw Mixer

The shaft seals at both ends of the mixing screw should be kept clean to avoid blackening and metamorphosis of the plastic. There are square holes on both ends of the large mixing barrel. The back pressure causes the dirt to enter the axis, which makes the material in the vat black and metamorphose.

Managers must be familiar with the technical functions, internal structure, control structure and application principles of large plastic vertical mixers. Do not leave the work site during the operation period to avoid malfunctions and damage to the machine parts, so as to ensure safe production as a condition.

Turn on the power supply, open the cover of the horizontal mixer, press the safety maintenance switch with your hand, and then press the green start switch, pay attention to the direction of the motor, if the direction is reversed, please press the red switch to stop and turn off the power. You can swap the two front-facing wires at will.

After acknowledging the correct rotation of the motor, it can be put into production normally. Please set the time for production and use according to the mixing time required for different materials.
