Fiber Separator Structure And Maintenance Strategy

Leave a message

Fiber Separator is a mechanical device used to efficiently separate and purify fibers from raw materials. Coreal Machinery has compiled some information for your reference.

Fiber Separator

Structural composition

1)The tank body: It is conical, with a pulp inlet at the small cone end, a light debris discharge port at the large cone end, a heavy debris discharge port at the bottom, and a baffle for collecting heavy debris at the bottom.

2)Impeller: It is installed on the main shaft of the transmission device and is driven by the main shaft to rotate at high speed to stir and accelerate the pulp to achieve impurity separation and fiber fragmentation.

3)Screen plate: It is inlaid with a bottom knife to prevent the fiber from winding around the impeller, and screens the pulp after being treated by the impeller to allow qualified fibers to pass through and block impurities such as coarse slag.

4)Transmission device: It provides power for the rotation of the impeller to ensure that the impeller can rotate stably and at high speed.

5)Sludge pipe: It is located at the outer lower part of the tank body, and is equipped with a pneumatic slag discharge valve on it. The regular discharge of heavy debris is controlled by the electrical control box.

Operation and Maintenance

1)Safe operation: Check tool wear regularly to prevent metal impurities from entering the machine.

2)Cleaning and maintenance: Wet equipment needs to prevent fiber clogging, and dry equipment needs to pay attention to dust removal.

3)Troubleshooting: Abnormal noise or vibration may indicate loose or worn parts.
