Working Principle

Magnetic Field Generation: The magnetic field generator of Iron Remover generates magnetism through current or permanent magnets. Electromagnetic Iron Remover generates magnetism by energizing the excitation coil, and permanent magnetic Iron Remover generates magnetism by permanent magnets such as neodymium iron boron.

Magnetic Impurity Adsorption: When magnetic impurities in the material enter the magnetic field area, they are adsorbed to the magnetic field generator and magnetized by the magnetic field force, generating attraction with the magnetic field.

Separation and Removal: The adsorbed magnetic impurities move with the material or are taken out of the Iron Remover through the iron unloading mechanism to achieve separation and removal from non-magnetic materials.

Key Influencing Factors

Magnetic Field Intensity: The higher the magnetic field strength, the stronger the adsorption force, which can capture smaller or deeply buried iron impurities.

Material Flow Rate: Too fast a flow rate may cause iron impurities to not be fully adsorbed.

Impurity Size and Location: Large pieces of iron are easy to adsorb, and fine iron powder requires a high gradient magnetic field.

Selection considerations

Material properties: Material properties include type, particle size, humidity, magnetic impurity content, etc. If the particle size is small and the humidity is high, you can choose a pipeline or flat-plate iron remover. If the magnetic impurity content is high, you should choose a strong magnetic field iron remover.

Installation space: According to the on-site installation location and space size, choose an iron remover that is suitable for the installation method and external dimensions. If the space is limited, choose a pipeline or flat-plate type. If the space is sufficient, choose a hanging type or a magnetic drum type.

Iron removal requirements: Clearly define the requirements for iron removal effects, such as iron removal rate, residual iron content, etc. For occasions with higher iron removal requirements, you can choose an electromagnetic iron remover or a high-performance permanent magnetic iron remover, or you can use a multi-stage iron removal method.

Working environment: Consider the temperature, humidity, dust and other conditions of the working environment. In a high temperature environment, you need to choose an iron remover with good heat dissipation performance; in a humid or dusty environment, you should choose an iron remover with good sealing performance to prevent equipment damage.

Application areas

Chemical industry: Remove iron impurities in the transportation and processing of chemical raw materials to prevent them from affecting chemical reactions and ensure product quality and production safety.

Food and feed processing industry: Remove iron impurities in food raw materials and feed to ensure food safety and feed quality and avoid iron impurities from harming animal health.

Mining industry: Remove iron parts from materials in the crushing, screening, grinding and other process flows of mines to prevent equipment wear and blockage and ensure normal production.

Power plant: Used in coal transportation systems to remove ferromagnetic substances in coal to prevent them from entering equipment such as coal mills and boilers, affecting the normal operation and service life of equipment.
